Reforming the Processing of National Pension Benefit to be Recovered

Abstract

|
The purpose of this study is to seek ways to improve the processing of National Pension benefit to be recovered. To accomplish this purpose, it examined the occurrence and processing of pension benefit to be recovered, and analyzed the current status of money to be recovered. Afterward the study drew some implications through the analysis of processing of public pension benefits to be recovered in other countries and their policy measures to reduce them. The main findings and suggestions are as follows. For the processing of pension benefit to be recovered, it needs to expand the use of public data, correct the extinctive prescription on the collection of money to be recovered, seek ways to decrease the number of not being recognized as a dependent, consider the disposition on deficits of national pension benefit to be recovered, and prepare for potential increase in improper payment of benefit.
